Fund Finance Associate | NYC
A leading investment firm in New York is looking for a Fund Finance Associate to join its Finance & Operations team. The role offers exposure to fund accounting, financial reporting, valuations, investor activity, and transaction-related processes.
The role includes:
• Fund accounting and financial reporting
• Capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations
• NAV and financial statement review
• Valuation support and analysis
• Transaction and closing support
• Fund administrator oversight
• Investor reporting and audit support
• Partnership with internal and external stakeholders
• Special projects and process improvement
Looking for:
• 4–6 years of relevant experience
• Background in private equity, private credit, alternative investments, or fund administration
• Strong fund accounting experience
• Familiarity with valuations and financial reporting
• CPA or public accounting background is a plus
