General Manager The General Manager leads their venue in providing best‑class service with hospitality for our Guests. The General Manager sets the big‑picture direction for their venue and works alongside their leaders and teams to ensure our Guests have the best times of their lives. The General Manager ensures venue leaders build strong teams – through effective hiring, scheduling, Associate development and by driving team engagement. They are also responsible for all venue business functions – executing flawless operational activities, upholding processes and standards, maximizing financial performance, building relationships with their community and growing the Adventure Crossing USA brand. Director of Events The Director of events will oversee all event planning for the different areas within the dome and building. They will be responsible for maintaining a client database and marketing for new clientele. Must have the ability to handle an event booking from first inquiry until the execution of the event. Will oversee the marketing and sales team. Must be able to coordinate with the Director of Food and Beverage on event food packages, timing of the kitchen and preparation of the overall success of the event. Must be creative, motivated and diligent with time management. Should be able to utilize a CRM program for event planning. 3–5 years of similar event management experience is a must. Director of Operations Location: Jackson Township (Ocean County, New Jersey) – Must be within 50 miles of our Jackson location. Responsibilities Real Estate Development: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of development projects, purchase and sales, and stay familiar with, and in some cases, execute quarterly/annual requirements, including filings and renewals. Construction: Support construction projects by managing timelines, budgets, and contractor relations; follow up and track progress of various projects, keeping them on time with reporting as needed; prepare and process payment requests with lenders. Office Bookkeeping: As a liaison to the accountant, oversee financial record‑keeping, including accounts payable/receivable and budgeting; solely responsible for invoicing of rent and CAM reconciliation administration, invoicing for company’s fees; oversee reconciliation of various escrow accounts, bank accounts, bonds, deposit accounts, etc. Leasing: Manage leasing operations, including tenant sourcing, marketing, lease negotiations, preparation of leases/plans/amendments and renewals. Requirements Proven experience in real estate development, property management, construction, office bookkeeping, and leasing. Strong knowledge of building codes, tenant laws, and lease agreements. Proficient in accounting software and office tools (Excel, Yardi, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Site travels in Ocean/Monmouth. In‑person work required. Salary: $75,000 Monday‑Friday Full‑Time. Competitive salary based on experience. Paid holiday/PTO. Future Position: Property Management Oversee day‑to‑day operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and efficient maintenance with administration of property‑related contracts, repair requests and other tenant/property related matters. Maintain rent roll, various types of insurance and inspection schedules. Bookkeeping & Construction Accounting Busy Land Developer's office seeks bookkeeping candidates with construction/property management accounting background. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in higher level bookkeeping, and knowledge of financial reports, property management, construction accounting, etc. Responsibilities shall include: Monthly bank reconciliation Annual CAM reconciliation Accounts payable (AP) Accounts receivable (AR) Financial report preparation Capital call accounting Construction contract administration, etc. Marketing & Leasing Associate We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Marketing & Leasing Associate for the marketing and leasing of our retail space offerings. Candidates should be knowledgeable of the leasing process for retail space and have background in marketing – i.e., creating flyers/brochures, creating email blasts, etc. Candidate will locate leads via phone, email & visits to potential tenants, be responsible for maintaining prospect/lead lists, follow‑up on daily/weekly basis with leads and become familiar with company’s real estate offerings. Must be able to become self‑sufficient and work diligently to create the groundwork for signing leases. Sales & Client Acquisition Identify potential clients and generate leads through research, networking, and outreach. Negotiate contracts and close sales. Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients. Act as a point of contact for clients during and after the campaign.
