In this role, you'll:Perform day-to-day maintenance services on residential properties, conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenanceComplete minor repairs including carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical tasksCoordinate with contractors and residents on larger repair projectsMaintain accurate service logs and job documentation using property management softwareRespond to after-hours emergency calls as part of an on-call rotationWhat You BringExperience in general maintenance and repairKnowledge of plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC (preferred but not required)Strong communication skills and professional demeanorSelf-starter with reliability and strong time-managementValid driver's license and ability to pass a background checkPhysical ability to climb ladders (up to 24 ft), lift 50+ lbs, and work in varied conditions
