Utility Billing & Customer Service Specialist

La Marque, City of (TX) is hiring a Utility Billing Clerk responsible for providing excellent customer service and performing clerical duties related to city utility billing. The ideal candidate will assist customers with service and billing issues, process payments, and keep accurate records. Applicants must possess a High School Diploma or GED with coursework in business practices and have 6–12 months of experience in cash handling or customer service. Bilingual skills are a plus.
