Overview
Registered Nurse, Labor & Delivery (L&D) travel assignment in Templeton, California. Start date 06/15/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Weekly pay ranges from $2,547 to $2,596 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts scheduled 3 per week. Setting: hospital-based care. This position is represented by CNA.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, professional nursing care to labor and delivery patients across the care continuum (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
- Coordinate, manage, provide, and delegate patient care in accordance with Standards of Nursing Practice
- Monitor maternal and fetal status, administer medications and therapies as ordered, and respond to emergent situations per protocol
- Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and a multidisciplinary team to promote safe, efficient patient care
- Document care accurately and communicate clearly during handoffs and shift changes
- Promote patient and family education, discharge planning, and coordination of care
- This position is represented by CNA

Requirements
- Current RN license to practice in California (or eligible to practice in the assigned location)
- Demonstrated ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts
- Experience in labor and delivery or obstetric nursing preferred
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
- Commitment to meeting established Standards of Nursing Practice and maintaining patient safety
