Restaurant General Manager

Job Title: General Manager Department: Condesa Restaurant Reports To: Ownership FLSA Status: Exempt Condesa is looking for friendly, outgoing and positive people to join our team!This position is responsible for the overall leadership, operational excellence, financial performance, and guest experience of a high-end restaurant. This role drives a culture of hospitality, accountability, and service excellence while leading front-of-house operations, developing managers and team members, and ensuring execution of elevated dining standards. Possesses excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. Good communication skills. Complete understanding of all safety requirements and company safety policies. Complete knowledge of all company security regulations and federal/state/local regulations relating to food safety. Ability to obtain any applicable certifications/licensures as required. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and extended shifts as needed. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred. 5–10+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience. Prior General Manager or multi-unit leadership experience in upscale or fine dining preferred. Experience with budgeting, labor planning, scheduling, and operational reporting.
