Staffing CoordinatorStaffing Coordinator Job Responsibilities:Plan, organize and implement a sustainable staffing strategyMake sure Daily Staffing is in place for Nursing Department.Monitor the company's staffing needs and take actions to staff accordingly by ensuring coverage for calloutsWork with staffing agencies as neededIdentify hard to fill roles and take proactive actionsAssist in candidate screening and interviewingAssist with new employee orientationDesign and plan work shift schedulesProvide assistance with timekeeping for payroll purposesCreate, present and submit reports to managementRequirements:1-year of experience as a Staffing Coordinator or similar roleAt least 1-year long term care facility experienceKnowledge of staffing policies, procedures and best practicesOutstanding organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skillsCritical thinker with a problem-solving mindReliable with respect to confidentiality.Minimum: high school diploma or GEDWe are proud to offer:Competitive rates401(k) Retirement PlanHealthcare benefits (medical, dental and vision)Paid time offMore about us at:
