M.A./M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (or CACREP-aligned program) for counselors; MSN/DNP for Nurse Practitioners. Evidence-based & collaborative We use outcome measures (like PHQ-9, GAD-7, and Vanderbilt scales) routinely. We believe in high-touch collaboration between medical and therapy teams. In this role, you will perform general pediatric duties alongside specialized developmental-behavioral and mental health services (such as ADHD medication management and psychiatric issues). This is a fantastic opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner seeking clinical supervision under our practice’s Medical Director, working hand-in-hand with clinical director Dr. Bethany R. Russell in a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment. The role starts as virtual, growing into a hybrid model.
