Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred. Current CA-RN (Registered Nurse) license. Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers. Minimum of 3 years of CVOR experience. Prior work experience at client or in client's industry. Applicants must be able to work directly on W2. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience in teaching or mentoring other staff members. Participation in Shared Governance groups or professional publications. Demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning and professional development. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Create and maintain a healing environment by providing emotional support and information to patients and families. Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Assess and interpret patient data to determine nursing diagnoses and evaluate care effectiveness. Monitor patient safety and compliance with standards and policies, seeking opportunities for continual improvement. Contribute to team building and positive morale through participation in unit programs and meetings. Utilize technology for communication, documentation, and information retrieval.
