Law firm experience is not required. Preferred Experience:- Front desk, concierge, receptionist or customer-facing experience
- Strong client service mindset; ability to interact with individuals in sensitive situations
- Familiarity with scheduling/calendar management (e.g., Outlook)
- Clear and professional communication skills
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a positive experience for potential clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, addressing questions and needs, managing front desk operations, and supporting a variety of administrative tasks while maintaining a professional, welcoming, and client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact, delivering a welcoming and professional experience for visitors
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area and conference rooms, ensuring front desk and common areas are well-stocked and presentable
- Receive and manage mail and deliveries
- Schedule and manage conference room bookings, ensuring availability and avoiding conflicts
