Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Senior Facilities Technician will work on a small team to maintain the bank's facilities and grounds – including our Park Bank Center and our nine branches in Dane County. These include, but are not limited to, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling and other building systems. You have experience with facilities, maintenance, and/or manufacturing and can work independently. You are flexible, motivated, have a positive attitude, outstanding work ethic and enjoy working with a fun team and organization.Location: 1815 Greenway Cross Madison, WI 53713Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7am - 5pm with specific schedule to be discussed before hire. Able to assist in responding to emergencies evenings, weekends, and holidaysEssential Functions & DutiesInspect Park Bank buildings, resolve issues raised by associates and perform routine maintenancePerform carpentry work, electrical repairs and plumbing when neededMaintain HVAC systems including a boiler and chillerRun network cable as needed, install and maintain cameras and perform other related duties as assignedDrive company van from Park Bank Center to branchesEnsure all facilities operations comply with safety regulations and company policiesProvide guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and professional developmentPerform general repairs.
