Part Time Urgent Care Physician Assistant (PA) – California, MD Monday – Friday (6 hour shifts) Benefits Sign‑on bonus: up to $10,000 Top hourly rates Performance‑based increases Annual production incentive program Flexible work schedules set 3 months in advance, no on‑call, limited weekends Clinics closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, and Easter; early closing on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and 4th of July 401(k) match – up to 4% Flat‑rate fee for clinic visits and services for employees and direct family members Employee referral bonus program AI transcription for charting Competitive compensation Primary Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries Manage episodic and chronic conditions with walk‑ins and same‑day appointments as sole advanced practice provider for ages 2 and up Perform minor office procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage, orthopedic splinting, and related treatments Perform physicals such as sports, DOT, pre‑employment, and annual Evaluate patients for workers’ compensation injuries Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience as a Physician Assistant Master’s degree (Physician Assistant) and appropriate state license required Knowledge of state and federal regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, blood‑borne pathogens, and compliance standards) Detail‑oriented and confident in medical best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Competency with common PC applications, Microsoft Office, and EMR applications Experience with occupational health practices (DOT qualification, drug testing protocols, and physicals) Respect and autonomy in decision‑making Team‑based approach to patient care ACLS/BLS certifications (will be provided if needed) Compensation Physician Assistant (PA): $55.00 – $84.00 per hour CRH Healthcare is an equal-opportunity employer: M/F/D/V #J-18808-Ljbffr CRH Healthcare
