What you'll do

• Field service responsibility for installs, corrective repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical domains.
• Deliver operator training and lend technical insight to sales opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with customers at all levels while upholding Ellison’s professional and ethical standards.
• Own your service cases, keep meticulous records, and maintain technical documentation.
• Handle related service tasks as needed.

Your background

• Experience with CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers—installations, maintenance, and repair.
• Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and electrical diagnostics.
• Demonstrated skill in CNC machine repair and equipment diagnostics.

Equipment domain

• Vertical machining centers (3–4 axis and 5+ axis)
• CNC lathes (2–4 axis and 5+ axis)
• CNC Swiss lathes
