Pomeroy Living is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors to the community.
- Answering and directing phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assisting with general office duties, such as filing and data entry.
- Providing excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff.
Qualifications include:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
