Live-in Caregivers Needed ASAP

Administrator/Scheduler

We are currently looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to come join our fast growing team. Our goal is to create a great atmosphere for our clients and caregivers. We are seeking an Administrator/Scheduler to manage client cases, act as family liaison, ensure care plans are up to date, support recruitment efforts and provide office administrative support in order to ensure that clients are receiving the highest level of support services and continuity of care.

Primary Responsibility:

• Reporting to the staffing coordinator.
• Interview and hire caregivers.
• Sending out and responding to job applications on Indeed and Apploi
• Conduct caregiver orientation and assign training.
• Arranging of caregivers and clients files orderly at the office.
• Helping with scheduling and assigning of cases.
• Answer office phone, deal with client and caregiver calls.
• Maintain positive relationships with all clients, caregivers, and partners.
• Be on call per schedule.

Required Skills and Experience:

College degree or associate.

Previous homecare or healthcare background preferred.

English and Spanish speaker preferred.

Excellent communication and customer service skills /Customer service or scheduling background is ideal.

Human Resources or administrative experience is a plus.

Detail-oriented and able to work in scheduling software.

Professional attitude, both in person and on the phone.

Outstanding work ethic. Be willing to pitch in to help others when needed.

Must be able to text and email (through company phone and email) as well as be familiar with computer applications.

Must be willing to learn new things.

Pass a background check, have good references.

Strong experience with Microsoft office.

Ability to multi-task and work well under time pressure.

Positive, friendly attitude and ability to work well in a close team environment.
