Job Title: Lease Administration Coordinator Pay Rate: $21.50/hour (W2) Location: On-site - Woonsocket, RI

Duration: 6 Months Contract Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Position Summary

The Lease Administration Coordinator provides vital support to the Lease Document File Room by handling a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. This is an in-office role responsible for coordinating departmental mailings, sorting and filing documents, monitoring and routing emails, maintaining physical and digital records, and supporting other operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing department mail.
• Sort, file, and organize lease-related documents.
• Monitor and route emails from the department inbox.
• Maintain accurate physical and electronic filing systems.
• Support general administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional work experience, preferably in a high-volume data entry or customer service office environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
• Ability to open, save, name, move, sort, and manipulate data in Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Sense of urgency with the ability to quickly resolve issues.
• Previous experience maintaining documentation and records in a corporate environment.

Education

• Required: High school diploma or GED
• Preferred: Associate's degree
