Key Responsibilities Processes complex auto commercial and personal line claims, ensuring proper documentation and coding Manages the litigation process for litigated claims and coordinates vendor management Develops action plans to meet state-required contact deadlines and communicates claim actions with relevant parties Required Qualifications Five (5) years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience In-depth knowledge of personal and commercial line auto policies, coverages, principles, and laws Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred Secure and maintain the State adjusting licenses as required for the position
