Mon - Sun, 4pm-8pm CST (12p-8a is an option)
Holiday coverage required
7 on 7 off ideally, or 14 on 14 off, or at least 14 shifts a month
21-30 shifts per month opened

Annual Volume: 10,752
Emergent, Inpatient, Stat, Stroke, Urgent cases
Level 2 Trauma

Requirements :

Board Certified
Active LA License or IMLC
Telehealth experience
