Quality Supervisor – Direct Hire
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 DOE

Team Quest Staffing is seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor for a direct-hire opportunity. This role will oversee quality operations, ensure product standards are met, and lead continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily quality operations and inspection activities.
• Lead, train, and support quality team members.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and quality standards.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive process improvements.
• Support audits, documentation, and ISO quality procedures.
• Partner with Production and Operations teams to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Knowledge of quality systems, inspections, and problem-solving methods.
• Experience with ISO 9001 preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Schedule: Full-Time | Direct Hire
