You'll play a vital role in helping students develop important academic and behavioral skills, supported by experienced paraeducators and specialists.

What we’re looking for:

• Current credentials as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or in progress, along with a minimum of one year of classroom experience
• Active or pending CDE license (applications without valid documentation will not advance)
• Adaptable, proactive approach to teamwork and collaboration
• Strong commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for students with diverse needs
• Experience in special education and working with middle school students is highly valued

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering engaging, evidence-based instruction in a classroom setting with approximately ten students
• Collaborating closely with peer mentors, paraeducators, BCBA, SLP, OT/PT, and Psych/SW professionals to support each student’s individualized learning plan
• Implementing behavior intervention strategies and supporting students’ social-emotional development
• Maintaining detailed records and adhering to school and regulatory requirements
• Partnering with families and school staff to ensure continuity of care and support
