Computed Tomography Technologist - Travel Job

Become a vital part of Jackson HealthPros' team as an experienced CT Tech! You'll accurately interpret a physician's scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, and expertly operate CT scan equipment for an area healthcare facility.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years CT Tech experience
• Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited program in Radiology
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
• BLS certification
• Prior travel experience
• Graduate of an accredited AMA school
• Licensed by the state as a general radiographer
• Ability to work as a solo CT tech and perform XR
• Experience with fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services
• Proficiency with routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures including head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures
• Knowledge of CT system processing, surgical/sterile procedure, studies with or without contrast media, and cross sectional anatomy

Assignment Details:

• Shift schedule: 3x12
• Shift days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Shift hours: 1900 to 0700
• Flexibility to swap shifts when needed for team PTO coverage
• On-call: No
• Weekend requirement: Possibly
