Seasoned Recruitment is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a well-established anesthesia practice. • Annual Base Compensation: $330,000

• Extra Call Pay: $200 per hour

• Holiday Call Pay: $300 per hour

• Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

• Generous Time Off: 10 weeks off per year

• Malpractice Coverage: Included with full tail coverage

• Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8-hour shifts (7:00 AM 3:00 PM)

• Call Coverage: 5 weekday calls per month and 1 weekend call per month (home call within 30 minutes; call-in rate is approximately 30%)

• Case Mix: Primary focus on OB/GYN, Orthopedics, ENT, General Surgery, and Urology. Strictly NO trauma, hearts, or heads.

• Care Team Environment: 4 5 CRNAs working daily alongside on-site physician support

• Technology: Utilizing Meditech EMR

• Surgical Suites: 6 Operating Rooms, 1 Cystoscopy Suite, and 2 Endoscopy Suites

• Annual Surgical Volume: ~7,000 surgeries and 2,100 scopes annually

• Emergency & Care Services: 24-hour physician-staffed Emergency Room, Level III Trauma Center with ~19,000 emergency visits per year

• OB & Nursery Services: Averages 300 deliveries per year; supported by NRP-certified nurses, advanced fetal monitoring specialists, Certified Lactation Counselors, and a Certified Lactation Specialist

• Comprehensive Care Capabilities: Cardiac catheterization and rehab, 24-hour tele-radiography, mobile MRI, obstetrics, orthopedics, and an advanced cancer treatment center
