About Our Agency

I graduated from University of South Carolina and have been a State Farm agent for four years. Before becoming an agent, I worked in banking and logistics, which gave me a strong foundation in business and customer service. I'm also married with two sonsone currently in college at USC and the other living in Florida. In my free time, I love spending time on my boat, fishing, and traveling to National and State Parks. Our office culture is laid back but built on accountability. Producers have the freedom to work how they want as long as they meet our office standards. Role Description

Barry Johnson - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
