Information Technology Support Technician

As an IT Support professional, you'll provide frontline technical support, troubleshoot everyday IT challenges, and help users stay productive. What You'll Do: Provide everyday IT support, including user management, password resets, printer troubleshooting, and other common technical issues. Manage incoming helpdesk tickets through voice and chat support, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalation more complex requests when necessary. Use Active Directory and Microsoft 365 to manage user accounts, access permissions, and account-related requests. Troubleshoot common software, hardware, and connectivity issues, seeking guidance from senior team members when needed. Collaborate with the FAST Team and technical leadership to ensure support requests are resolved efficiently. Who You'll Work With: Be an integral part of a dedicated IT support team focused on delivering reliable technical assistance to businesses and their employees. You'll collaborate closely with the FAST Team, experienced IT specialists, and technical leadership to resolve issues, improve support efficiency, and expand your technical knowledge in a supportive environment. Who We're Looking For: IT Knowledge: Familiarity with common IT support tasks and Microsoft 365. Active Directory Knowledge: Basic working knowledge of Active Directory, including user accounts, password resets, and permissions, is required. Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to identify common IT issues, perform basic troubleshooting, and recognize when escalation is needed. Highly Organized: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple support requests effectively. Detail-Oriented: Focus on accuracy, especially when handling user accounts and technical requests. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new tools. Experience with printer troubleshooting is a plus, but not necessary. Communicative: Clear, efficient, and positive communication skills via phone and chat with internal teams and clients. Experience: Some previous experience in an IT-related role is preferred.
