Part-Time New Home Sales Assistant (Westmoreland County)

Scarmazzi Homes is seeking a friendly, organized and customer-focused Part-Time New Home Sales Assistant to support our model homes and sales team in Westmoreland County, primarily in Rostraver Township, Delmont and Hempfield Township . Occasional travel to our main office in Canonsburg may also be requested.
Scarmazzi Homes is a Pittsburgh-area homebuilder consistently recognized as a Pittsburgh Business Times Best Place to Work and a recipient of the GuildQuality GuildMaster Award for customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors to our model homes and provide information about our communities, homes and floorplans
- Support the sales team with prospect follow-up, phone outreach and appointment setting
- Enter and maintain prospect and customer information in our CRM
- Help ensure model homes are welcoming, organized and ready for visitors
- Maintain an adequate supply of brochures, flyers and other sales materials
- Assist with the planning and coordination of community events, model home openings and other sales activities
- Provide general support to New Home Consultants as needed
Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn Scarmazzi Homes communities, floorplans and CRM system
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional and positive demeanor
- Comfortable interacting with prospective homebuyers
- Reliable transportation for travel between Westmoreland County communities, with occasional travel to Canonsburg
