Requirements and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active and valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• Prior experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with students, families, and staff
• Ability to develop individualized plans and therapy goals tailored to each student’s needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Collaborate with teachers and IEP teams to integrate speech and language goals into the classroom environment
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Provide guidance and support to families regarding student progress and home strategies
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training as needed
