POSITION SUMMARY

The Wooflands Pet Care Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Nemacolin's premier pet care facility to ensure exceptional standards of animal welfare and luxury guest service. This role combines hands‑on animal care with team leadership, operational oversight, and elevated guest engagement. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong understanding of canine behavior, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to maintain Forbes Five‑Star standards in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
