Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Additional customer service, business, or finance-related training is a plus.

Experience Requirements

• Previous customer service, collections, call center, customer support, or account management experience preferred.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple customer conversations while meeting performance goals.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional and confident phone presence.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable learning new systems and payment processing procedures.

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate clearly by phone and email throughout the workday.
• Strong focus and attention to detail in a fast-paced office environment.

Job Duties

• Contact existing customers to process monthly payments and discuss account status.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and help customers find solutions that meet their needs.
• Make and receive a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.
• Accurately document customer interactions, payment commitments, and account updates.
• Work closely with team members and leadership to meet individual and team performance goals.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
• Provide a positive customer experience while handling sensitive financial conversations.
• Participate in comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship to build collections and customer service skills.
