Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments, gathering detailed information to understand the client’s mental health history and current challenges, and develop tailored treatment plans. Deliver individualized therapy sessions using various modalities to match client needs, aiming to promote personal growth, mental well-being, and emotional resilience. Set specific therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitor their progress through ongoing assessments and adjustments to their treatment plans. Utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer remote services. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in alignment with ethical standards and ensure adherence to privacy regulations. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities such as training and workshops to enhance your skills and stay current with industry best practices. Patient Population / Client Focus Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele at various stages of their mental health journeys. You will address a range of mental health concerns including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your compassionate and client-centered approach will help foster an environment where individuals feel heard, validated, and supported in their healing process. Qualifications A current and valid state license as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW). A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage clients in a therapeutic relationship. A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude towards clients from diverse backgrounds. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and administrative duties simultaneously. Preferred Experience Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care. Prior experience working in a community health setting or a counseling center is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling best practices. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
