Commission-Based · Remote or NYC · Path to Paid Role About PredictEX PredictEX is a sports prediction market exchange where users trade live outcomes across the NFL, MLB, EPL and other major competitions. We are incubated by Cadenza Ventures (formerly BitMEX Ventures) and built by members of the team that pioneered the crypto perpetual swap. We are an early-stage company operating at pace, and we are looking for entrepreneurial people who can identify and reach new audiences of traders. The Role This is a growth-focused role centered on user acquisition. You will design and run experiments to bring new users and trading volume to the platform, working across the channels where sports and crypto communities are most active. You will be given a referral link and meaningful autonomy from day one, along with direct access to the growth lead. Successful strategies are scaled quickly, and strong individual contributors are recognized accordingly. Responsibilities Identify and test new user acquisition channels across social platforms, messaging communities, and online forums Design and execute creative acquisition campaigns end to end, from concept through execution and measurement Build and manage a network of referred users and sub-affiliates Experiment with content, community engagement, and outreach strategies Report on performance weekly and iterate rapidly on what works Compensation Performance-based compensation through, calculated on the trading volume you drive. Earnings are uncapped. Top performers will be offered a paid part-time or full-time position following the trial period. This role is designed for people motivated by upside and ownership rather than a fixed stipend. Strong performers can earn significantly.
