Location: Azura of Verona, 285 Wildcat Way, Verona WI 53593

Schedule: Part-Time | 9AM-5PM, four days per week plus every other weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate monthly activity calendars
• Lead activities that promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being
• Organize arts & crafts, entertainment, and community outings
• Support staff in resident engagement practices
• Maintain materials for sensory carts and other enrichment programs
