About the Role
New York Health is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to join our Urology team in Jackson Heights, Queens, NY . This position offers the opportunity to practice in a busy, patient-focused setting where you can make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals throughout their care journey. Working alongside a team of experienced providers, you will help deliver comprehensive urologic care while contributing to a culture centered on collaboration, compassion, and clinical excellence.
This role is ideal for an APP who enjoys building strong patient relationships, working within a specialty-focused practice, and continually expanding their clinical knowledge. Whether you bring prior experience in urology or are looking to transition into the specialty with strong mentorship and support, you'll find opportunities for professional growth while providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population in one of New York City's most vibrant communities.

Base Salary Range : between $135,000 - $165,000 annually
