What you will be doing ACME DISTRIBUTION CENTER in Denver, PA, is a division of Albertsons Companies, one of the largest food and drug retailers with 2,300+ stores. The Albertsons Companies family of brands includes some of the most prominent brands in food retailing, with a growing base of loyal shoppers. We are searching for a Diesel Mechanic to join our skilled team at the ACME Lancaster Distribution Center located in Denver, PA. Positions offer a competitive, comprehensive benefit package, annual tool & boot allowance. $3,000 retention bonus possible! For a new hire, the first 2 weeks would be Monday-Friday working 06:00 to 14:30. After 2 weeks -4-day 10-hour schedule. The days would be Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday working 06:00-16:30, 14:00-00:30, or 21:00-07:30.

Main responsibilities Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on Class A Diesel Trucks - Combo.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues
• Answer driver's telephone request for assistance with equipment failure while

out on the road * Maintain and repair all equipment to include engine, starting and charging, electrical, body, wheels, brakes, suspension, and interior. What we are searching for Qualifications: * Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in heavy duty tractor/trailer repair. May require valid DOT physical card and a CDL driver's license.

• May need certification in the use of refrigerants and recycling equipment
• Ability to work full-time with the ability to work any shift.
• ASE Certifications
• PA State Inspection License a plus.
• 608 & 609 Refrigeration Certification
• CDL A plus.
