Job Description Core Responsibilities Assist in project documentation and meeting preparation Support project tracking activities using Azure DevOps under guidance Participate in stakeholder meetings and document action items Contribute to team documentation and knowledge sharing Complete assigned project support tasks within agreed timelines Key Skills to Develop Project management fundamentals and Azure DevOps basics Professional communication and meeting facilitation Requirements documentation and technical diagramming Stakeholder coordination and cross‑functional collaboration AI tool awareness and generative AI applications Performance Expectations Learning Focus: Complete foundational project management training and demonstrate active engagement in team learning Task Completion: Successfully complete 85%+ of assigned support tasks with guidance Professional Growth: Actively participate in team meetings and ask clarifying questions Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and incorporate feedback constructively Level‑Specific Context (Intern) Focus on learning and skill development while delivering on assigned components Work under close supervision with frequent check‑ins and guidance Build foundational technical skills and understanding of engineering practices Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and responsiveness to feedback We expect the candidate to uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
