Mint Cannabis is seeking a Retail Lead to act as an operational extension of the Store Manager. You will oversee shift teams, manage floor flow, and ensure guest service is prompt while supporting discount codes and lunch coverage. You will coach the team on upselling, monitor metrics, prevent shrinkage, handle openings/closings, cash reconciliation, and POS use.
