Conduct post‑project reviews to identify areas for improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast‑paced environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Asana. Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience working with remote or virtual teams. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
