We are currently seeking a dedicated professional for a part-time Registered Respiratory Therapist NICU position in Cedar Park, Williamson County, with an annual salary of $50,831.In this role, under the general supervision of the Respiratory Care Supervisor, you will provide specialized respiratory care services to patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and other areas as needed, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and patient safety.Key responsibilities for this position typically include:* Administering prescribed respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic procedures to neonatal and pediatric patients.* Monitoring, maintaining, and managing mechanical ventilators and other life-support equipment.* Assessing patient responses to respiratory therapy interventions and modifying care plans in consultation with the healthcare team.* Documenting all treatments, assessments, and patient responses accurately in the electronic health record system.* Collaborating effectively with physicians, nurses, and other multidisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.* Maintaining clinical equipment and adhering to hospital safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.We invite qualified respiratory care professionals who are passionate about neonatal and pediatric care to apply and become an essential part of our supportive healthcare team in Williamson County.
