Service Technician

We're seeking a Service Technician who has excellent Customer Service skills, takes pride in their work, and enjoys working on a team. Our dealership makes customer service a top priority so candidates must have a strong attention to detail and maintain a professional appearance. Responsibilities : Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with the dealership Test drive vehicles and testing components/systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems (engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc…) Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Requirements: Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of Service Technician experience (preferred) ASE Certification (required) B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair Enjoy working in a fast paced environment Must be at least 18 years old to apply Have a validIowa Driver's License and clean driving record Will submit to a drug and background screening prior to employment Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment What We Can Offer You : We have ASMs/Service Advisors who KNOW how to sell, and with honesty and integrity State-of-the-Art Shops 1 week Paid Vacation (after 1 year) 12 days Paid Time Off per year (after 6 months) Health, Visions, and Dental Insurance Tenure!
