Quick Lane (Oil Change) Customer Service Advisor

Wilson Ford Lincoln is seeking a friendly and motivated Quick Lane (Oil Change) Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Saginaw, MI. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our Quick Lane service center, ensuring an exceptional customer experience by efficiently managing service appointments and addressing customer needs.
Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
Assist customers in scheduling Quick Lane services including oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance.
Communicate service updates and time estimates clearly to customers while their vehicle is being serviced.
Process payments and maintain accurate service records.
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized service reception area.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience, preferably in an automotive or service environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
A positive attitude and team player mentality.
