Zing Recruiting has partnered with a top client within the office services and technology industry to fill a 1st shift representative client services in Rochester, NY. Please note this is a customer-facing role, and requires compliance with customer policies and protocols.

Shift : 8am-5pm
Monday to Friday

Pay : $18- $21 BOE

Responsibilities include:

• Respond to customer and management requests by phone, email, text, or in person.
• Communicate issues or customer concerns to the supervisor.
• Provide professional, customer-focused service.
• Support multiple site functions based on location needs, including:
  • Reception and office services
  • Copy/print production
  • Mail and courier services
  • Copier/device maintenance
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Inventory and warehouse support
• Attend cross-training to provide coverage when needed.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance, including clearing jams, cleaning, restocking supplies, and replenishing paper/toner.
• Receive, sort, track, and distribute mail, packages, and shipments.
• Assist visitors, answer phones, schedule conference rooms, and support general office needs.
• Process print requests, including copying, binding, laminating, sorting, and quality checks.
• Monitor inventory and supplies and restock as needed.

Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills and technical knowledge
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to obtain required security/customer clearances
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, reach, and pull for extended periods
