Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support daily client operations and serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys structured work, client interaction, and contributing to smooth internal processes. You will play a vital role in maintaining strong client relationships while supporting operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Assist clients with service-related questions and requests
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates
Coordinate internally to ensure effective resolution of client needs
Support administrative and operational customer service tasks
Uphold company standards in all client communications
