Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders, sales orders, returns, and payments using NetSuite.
• Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers and sales representatives.
• Coordinate shipments, tracking, and returns with internal teams and carriers.
• Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and order information.
• Collaborate with sales, accounting, purchasing, and warehouse teams to resolve issues.
• Support sales objectives and provide outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business or related field.
• 1–3 years of sales administration, customer service, or order management experience.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP/CRM systems preferred.
• Telecommunications or technology industry experience is a plus.
