You will be working alongside a team of talented colleagues from other markets, businesses and functions to provide you with the opportunity to take your career to the next level.As an Investment Specialist in the International Private Bank, you are responsible for helping the Banker win new clients and deepen and strengthen existing client relationships in the Brazil market through advisement on investment solutions.Job ResponsibilitiesConduct investment reviews with clients to validate the clients’ current investment objectives and prepare recommendations of appropriate investment products Develop investment policy statements and advise on asset allocationCloses sales of complex investment productsSupport coordination of sales effort with Capital Advisors, Trust Officers and Wealth Advisors Focus on qualified purchaser clients and act as primary resource for investment communicationBuild excellent working relationships with internal clientsAdhere to internal and external policies and procedures regarding securities transactions and code of conductProvide guidance to junior staffRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsBachelor’s degree requiredMust be fluent in Portuguese and EnglishSeries 7, 66 and Insurance licenses required for position; unlicensed candidates considered, but required to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date Seven plus years of experience in Private Banking or Financial Services industry Demonstrated understanding of wealth management including, but not limited to: credit, deposits, trust and financial planningPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsMBA or CFA preferredPrior experience providing complex investment solutions to individualsIn depth experience and/or knowledge of hedge funds, private equity and alternative investmentsAbility to execute trades smoothly and seamlessly and tasked with managing brokerage activitySales experience including: profiling, overcoming objections, negotiation, team selling approach, closing the sale and asking for referrals JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
