Customer Service Intern

Description Customer Service Intern Marucci Sports is looking for an Intern in our Customer Service Department in Baton Rouge, Louisiana! This position is designed to provide hands-on experience within the company supporting multiple teams, completing assigned tasks, and learning about the day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The intern is exposed to a range of functions and processes, with the opportunity to contribute to specific projects while developing professional skills. Job Duties: Provide support to the team on everyday tasks. Assist with administrative work. Shadow co-workers and supervisors to learn more about each function in the department. Take on special projects and execute them within the required timeframe. Assist with event planning and execution as needed. Requirements/Skills: Interpersonal skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Reliable and dependable with good attendance. Must be capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, with sometimes competing objectives. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Professionalism. Confidentiality. Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
