A highly respected Pittsburgh law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3+ years of real estate experience who wants to work on sophisticated matters while collaborating with experienced attorneys and business teams.


Real Estate Associate Attorney

• Handling a variety of commercial and residential real estate matters
• Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and other real estate transactions
• Draft and review real estate documents and agreements
• Manage client communications and support ongoing transactions

Qualifications:


Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active Pennsylvania Bar admission required
Minimum 3 years of real estate law experience
Strong transactional, drafting, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills
