We are seeking an experienced attorney with a strong background in commercial real estate transactions, title and survey review, lease negotiations, and corporate M&A support . Location: Pittsburgh, PA Schedule: Hybrid Position: Real Estate Attorney Experience: 5+ Years Required (Extensive Experience Preferred) What You'll Be Doing: Review, analyze, and negotiate complex title commitments, title policies, surveys, easements, and related real estate documents Draft and negotiate commercial leases, amendments, estoppels, and related agreements Support corporate mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions involving real estate assets Conduct due diligence for sophisticated commercial real estate transactions Collaborate with corporate and transactional teams to ensure successful deal execution Advise clients on real estate risks, ownership matters, and transactional strategies Ideal Candidate: Licensed Attorney in Pennsylvania Minimum of 5 years of real estate law experience Significant experience with title and survey review and negotiations Strong lease drafting and negotiation experience Experience supporting corporate merger and acquisition transactions Excellent drafting, communication, and client relationship skills Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions while enjoying a collaborative culture, strong compensation, and long-term career growth.
