Associate Attorney - Commercial Real Estate
We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with a background in Real Estate Law to join our Pittsburgh office. The ideal candidate will have 2 plus years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating agreements, handling acquisitions and dispositions, and advising clients on complex real estate matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate transactional real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and financing agreements
- Conduct due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties
- Advise clients on real estate development, zoning, and regulatory matters
- Assist in structuring and closing real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements
- Collaborate with partners and clients to develop strategic solutions for real estate projects
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania or eligible to obtain licensure
- 2 plus years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client-management abilities
