Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and cross-sell relevant products and services to expand the customer base
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve branch-level business targets and contribute to the overall growth of the distribution network
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless banking experience for clients
- Actively participate in community engagement activities to promote the bank's brand and reputation
- Continuously stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to enhance the bank's competitiveness
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions
- Proficient in using various banking systems and digital tools to support customer transactions and relationship management
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall success of the branch
