Clinic Manager

What You’ll Do: As Clinic Manager, you will be the strategic and operational leader of the clinic—responsible for performance, culture, and patient satisfaction. You will oversee both front office and clinical operations, mentor and develop a team of top-tier professionals, and ensure our location exceeds expectations across every dimension of care and experience. Leadership & People Development Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of clinicians and patient care staff Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and mentorship to all team members Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention aligned with business growth Business & Operational Oversight Drive clinic performance through strategic scheduling, utilization, and KPI management Monitor clinic metrics and proactively implement systems to drive results in patient acquisition, retention, and revenue growth Ensure all clinical and administrative operations align with compliance, safety, and company standards Oversee payroll, budget management, purchasing, and inventory to maximize profitability Patient Experience & Brand Representation Champion a world-class, concierge-style patient experience across all touchpoints Address and resolve patient concerns with professionalism and empathy Collaborate with marketing team, to represent Facial Aesthetics at local events and lead grassroots marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness and clinic reach Key Responsibilities: Own the daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency Supervise and support Patient Care Coordinators and providers in achieving clinic goals Conduct performance reviews and hold regular 1:1s and team meetings Oversee scheduling, coverage planning, and time-off requests Analyze and report on monthly KPIs, staffing needs, and clinic performance Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other industry standards Partner with the marketing team on grassroots efforts and local branding to increase awareness and elevate the Facial Aesthetics brand in the community Collaborate closely with the Area Manager to align on goals, initiatives, and business growth Minor Duties and Responsibilities: Greet patients, answer a high-volume of incoming phone calls, and deliver concierge service Help at the front desk Observe Patient Care Coordinators to ensure expectations are being met Be available for after hours emergencies Communicate monthly marketing initiatives with all administrative and clinical personnel Qualifications for Office Manager Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Two years of experience in office management and sales Must have exceptional attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize Must be a self-starter and driven Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. #J-18808-Ljbffr Facial Aesthetics Inc.
