Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Rivers Walk Assisted Living Facility
Location: Rivers Walk Assisted Living Facility Dayton, WA
Schedule: Full-Time | Day (5:30am 6pm) & Night (5:30pm 6am) Shifts available
Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour | Sign-on Bonus: $3,000
Shift Differentials: Evenings ($0.70); Nights ($1.25); Weekends ($1.00)
Flexible Scheduling | 2 Weekends/Month Required | 1:10 CNA to Resident Ratio

Qualifications
- Active Washington State CNA license
- BLS certification every 2 years
- Current First Aid and Food Handler's required
- Dementia and Mental Health certs preferred we will help you obtain!
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
- Provide companionship and engage residents in activities
- Monitor and report changes in residents' condition
- Help with meals and encourage participation in programs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
- Support team spirit and positive community relations
